Did Larry Semenza use taxpayer's money when he went to New York to get Alan Heyen out of jail

The Old Forge Tribune has been investigating

several leads to stories

around the town that Cindy Heyen called Larry Semenza to get Alan

Heyen her husband out of jail in New York. Sources allegedly say that

Larry Semenza picked up Cindy and drove our police car to new york to

get Alan out of jail when he was officer in charge or he was the Chief of

police at the time.  I wonder if Council knew about this or are they going to

say they didn't know about it where was the Mayor at the time this occurred

Did he use tax payers money for fuel in police car driving to New York.

Did he have permission to use borough police car at this time and who gave

him permission. You should ask your council this one.

Cordaro still fighting for bail

Scranton- Federal prosecutors asked Senior U.S. District Judge

A. Richard Caputo to deny Robert C. Cordaro's request for bail

while his case is considered by the 3rd U.S. circuit court of appeals.

Mr. Cordaro wrote Judge Caputo earlier this month asking to be re-

leased because he wants to assist in his appeal to overturn  his con-

viction on bribery and extortion charges. Judge Caputo previously

denied bail for the former Lackawanna County Commissioner, who

is serving an 11- year prison sentence. In court papers, prosecutors

contend Mr. Cordaro has no grounds to request bail because the judge

has already made his decision.

Look what you missed

With all the bad weather all day it did not stop the Millennium band
from playing at Bo Brothers in Wyoming. All you can see in the parking
lot of Bo Brothers was cars and trucks filled the lot so there was standing
room only. The minute you walked in all you heard was the best of the 50's

they still found room to dance. It was Bo Brothers best night ever in history.

DNA COULD SOLVE BRUTAL 1986 MURDER IN LUZERNE COUNTY?

This arctile was in the Metro newspaper by Mitch Grochowski writter. may 26,1995

One of the most brutal murders ever to occur in northeastern pennsylvania could be solved through

DNA testing, the president of the national forensic science organization claims. The victim was 96

year- old Hugh MCGhee of Hickory street, Wilkes- Barre, who was strangled to death in a robbery\

murder on March 17,1986. Four persons were arrested in that case including Susan Santione\ which

is now Susan Harris of Old Forge which is married to Robert Harris he works for Old Forge police\

Moosic police part time. The others were three out-of-town black men: Leroy Myricks, Roger

Waddel and Gerald DuBose. The Luzerne County District Attorney's office decided to nolle pros (not

prosecute) the case when a witness, Debbie Owens, would no longer cooperate. The Commonwealth

reserved the right, however, to reinstate the charges if new evidence were to present itself.

MCGhee's body was discovered by a neighbor in his home at 30 Hickory Street at 6;00pm on

Tuesday, March 18, 1986, at 6;00 pm. His hands were bound behind him with a black belt. An

undetermined amount of cash was believed to have been removed from his home and a coroner

noted that death was due to strangulation. It is the original statement of the witness, Debbie Owens,

which could now open the door to solving the case. At one point in the murder investigation Owens

related how Santione decried the manner in which MCGhee died. According to Owens, Santione and

the three black men drove from a motel to MCGhee's home the night of March 17. After the four had

returned to the motel room. Santione was in hysterics because MCGhee had been killed in the course

of the robbery attempt in his residence, the witness originally claimed. Owens said Santione was red-

faced and crying when she said to Myricks," Why did you have to kill him?" Did they really kill

him?" Owens asked Santione, according to a police affidavit. "Yeah," Owens claims Santione replied.

They put a black belt around his neck and Myricks was dragging him up and down the steps with the

belt around his neck and put his head in a toilet." Before MCGhee died of strangulation, Owens

further claims that Santione told her Myricks forced anal sex on the robbery victim and taunted the

96- year-old man by asking, How do u like it?" If an act of rape against the murder victim actually

occured, advances in forensic sciences today could bring at least one of the suspects to justice.

Back in 1996 there was no sophisticated DNA testing of blood and sperm, one or both which could

have been the by products of the old man's rape. Robert Jennings, a former Wayne County Coronor

who has used forensic science in solving murder cases, claims that, if the evidence is there, it can be

identified"through DNA testing. Besides serving as Wayne County Corner for years, Jennings also

is President of the Evidence Photographers' International Council which is involved in the field of

forensic science. Jennings reminded that scientists now want to run DNA tests on whatever they

fined in the grave of Abraham Lincoln's assassin, John WilkesBooth, who died over 100 years ago.

This would end a controversy whether the remains occupying Booth's grave are in fact those of the

actor who was supposed to have shot Lincoln. A law enforcement source told the Metro that pressure

will soon be mounted on the Luzerne County District Attorney's Office to resume the probe into

MCGhee's death by exhuming his body. The Old Forge Tribune has new evidence putting Santione

at the crime scence of the murder which this news source plans on discussing with his Lawyer and

the Luzerne County District Attorney's Office or the Attorney General's Office. Why would the

District Attorney's Office in Luzerne County not prosecute this case. Writter and owner Robert

Hughes. This is Santione Husband he works 4 days in Old Forge police and 2-3 days in Moosic police.

Did Walter Stocki Jr. pay off Paul Papi zoning officer and Larry Semenza Chief of police with gift cards for area restaurants so he would not be Harassed

Sources close to this news source tells us that money was paid to buy gift certificate for area

restaurants to stop harassing Walter Stocki Jr. we investaged and found out that allegedly

Walter Stocki Jr was paying his employee Danny Gurdock, to purchase gift certificate's for

area restaurants to Paul Papi, and Larry Semenza, so they would not harass him any more

because Paul was trying to say he was running a junk yard at Jim Popple, property at connell

Street in Old Forge. Allegedly Danny Gurdock, would take money from Walter Stocki Jr and

purchase gift certificate for restaurants and deliver them to Paul Papi, and Larry Semenza,

House. Old Forge police chief Larry Semenza would pull over stocki's vehicles and check

inspection's on them or he had other officers do his dirty work for him.
