OLD FORGE POLICE CHIEF ALLEGEDLY BEAT ALL THREE WIVES

The Old Forge police chief allegedly beat all three wives while he was patrolman, sergent, police
chief. Sources close to the Old Forge Tribune say Larry Semenza beat all three wives while holding
the golden badge. Wife #1 stated that while dating Semenza she was mentaly abused This news source asked Kim Semenza\ Kim Zupon why did she get married to Semenza she stated that's a good question. While married from Sept.1992 to 1996 she was throwin into stairs kicked into a coffee table punched in the face on many occassion's. But there came a time when Kim Semenza\ Kim Zupon
said enough is enough and left Larry he even went up to Kim's mother house in Taylor to get her back but that did not happen. This news source found out that Kim Semenza\ Kim Zupon filed a PFA
on Semenza before Judge Eagen but it was only filed for a few days until Disgraced  Chief  Avvisato
came to Kim and promised that the abuse would stop if she would lift the PFA off Semenza. Chief Avvisato made all the arragements and got the PFA lifted for Semenza right after the PFA was lifted
the abuse started again within  2 weeks after the PFA was lifted. There were five officers that responded to the Semenza house at 153 Sussex Street and did not call the D. A. Office about the abuse there were only 2 officer's that helped Kim Semenza\ Kim Zupon that was officer Dan Churla
who stayed with Kim for hours then there was officer Ed orzaleck who assisted Kim on getting a PFA on Semenza that was the only officer who really cared but unfortunely he is no longer with Old Forge

Police because he was an honest policeman and it's all about politic's in Old Forge. Ed is with the Clarks Summit police department and is doing very well. wife#2 Stacy Semenza\ Stacy Donahue got

married to Larry had a baby boy named Cody Semenza we don't know how long that marriage last
but we were told that there was many times Old Forge police were called to 153 Sussex Street and
nothing was ever done untill the last beating that Stacy  got but before that there was an abuse that
got pretty heated between Larry and Stacy and allegedly officer Kim Buggy showed up and when
other officer's arrived she told them everything was fine and would not let officers in at 153 Sussex
Street where Old Forge police chief lived. But then another abuse occured between Stacy and Larry
and we all know what happen there Officer Kim Buggy took out the abuse statement and hid it on a
thumb drive she said to protect her what a crook. Ems 1995 stats that Semenza and Buggy had a two
year sexual relationship between them. And then there is wife# 3 Marisa Gilchrist who married Semenza after Stacy left and not long after that big wedding Larry start abusing Marisa too. She lived
with Semenza all the time but when he got arrested she left him and is no longer living with him Good old Larry is living by him self untill that big day comes. I wonder who he is abusing know.
The eight officers who showed up at 153 Sussex Street for domestic abuse calls were officers Ed
Orzaleck, John Victor, Bob Harris, Dan Churla, Dave Sofanelli, The Mayors at the time were Tony
Trotta, Phil Tagliterra. Larry did give on officer a hard time at the police station he stated go ahead

f----- arrest me and call my f------ lawyer too the officers were intimiated by him. The Atty in the
divorce settlement was David Gnall and Kim walked away with nothing.
