OLD FORGE SEX SCANDEL PRELIMINARY HEARING

The prosecutor presented their case against Old Forge police Captain Jamie Krenitsky.

D.A. Jennifer McCambridge put the victim on the stand and ask her to describe the sexual

act's that were performed on her and that she performed on the accuser. The victim was

very blunt about what happened and told her side of the story detail by detail of what

took place in the bunk room of the Old Forge Hose & Engine Company 93. There were

8 times that Captain Krenitsky met the victim in the fire hose that lead to the bunk room

for oral sex on him and her while on duty as your police Captain. It was defense Attorney

Jason Mattiolli who presented a good defense who asked a lot of questions to the victim

he even had the victim in tears at times. He tried on several occassions to set date and times

of the offense that took place in the bunk room of the fire house. But Judge Mcgraw did a

fine job in sustaining Attorney Mattiolli to address the victim professionaly.. After hours of

questioning  back and forth the judge will resume the hearing on  July 3rd at 1:00 pm  in

central court. One thing Mr. Mattiolli said to the victim that she spent alot of time at the

fire house and the police station he even asked her if she was present for some meetings

at the police station with officer in charge  Larry  Semenza  Jamie Krenitsky   Michelle

Avvisato the victim answered yes. I guess Council didn't know about that either. President

Brian Rinaldi was at the hearing today for information to  take back to Old Forge Council

to speed them up on what's going on in court. This news source spoke to D.A.McCambridge

and asked what she thought about the victim testimony, she said it went very well no matter

what the defense threw at her she stayed strong and we are proscuting this case where ever

it leads us that's were  it's going. We asked  Attorney  Mattiolli  where he is going with his

defense he said she's all over the place  they have a video of her saying different things on

there she's saying she's 16 years old today she's 15 years old what is the truth. She stated that

she didn't know if Semenza was officer in charge at the time of assault. Mr. Mattiolli said that

hurt's his clinet and that shes just doing this for the money. D.A. McCambridge strikes back saying

I think that's totally inapporiate comment  I disagree with that I think the hearing went very well

the victim hasn't changed her story one bit and that makes her a credible witness. Stay tuned

for more details on this story
