Tuesday june 5th work ssession
The Oldforge Council met at a work session on june 5th 2012
Dpw report showed no problem's zoning had nothing to say.
planing board will meet Thursday night Mr. Rinaldi
asked council if they were going to buy a new police
car. Brian Rinaldi said were not looking to buy a new car at
this time. Mayor's report nothing at this time. Mr. Pero stated
that the new sewer fees will take an effect at the next council
meeting. Public speaking Martha Marcy told council she was
here in 2004 telling council to clean up the police dept. She
also said her daughter did not die of a herion overdose which
the police is going around saying. Her family members also
stated how Patti looked at the funeral home. Robert Hughes
stated how officer Buggy lied on a police criminal complaint
about Cheryl Tate on a domestic call in 2006, and asked council
why no statement's were taken.Robert told council how he looked
in to Patti's death and the wrong doing is between Moses Taylor
Hospital and Zawacki funeral home. But i can't say if the Oldforge
police were involved because some player's died recently. But i can
state that the Oldforge police are harrassing Robert Edwards and
his family. Officer Buggy lied about Atty Karam saying that Mr.
Karam told her not to give the thumb drive to the D.A. office Mr.
Karam told Buggy that she should retain a lawyer for wrong doing
because he can't represent her when he's hired by council for the
corruption case. Cheryl Tate said that if Buggy wanted to put
words in her mouth then show me my statement. Joe Russick
spoke about car's parking on both sides of the street on lenape
drive. he also said that Edith st. is becoming to be dangerous
car's are not even stopping for the stop sign's. Joe Revello
told council he's having a run off problem with water going
in his garage. Ron Coles spoke about the driveway caving in
that something needs to be done the fire truck bottom's out
when it goes on call's. he also said what about the weight's
in the basement. Council said they have to go. Larry Enderline
spoke on the driveway and said Ron Gallaher was going to fix
it for nothing. But Mr. Semenza Stop that.
