Did Larry Semenza use taxpayer's money when he went to New York to get Alan Heyen out of jail

The Old Forge Tribune has been investigating

several leads to stories

around the town that Cindy Heyen called Larry Semenza to get Alan

Heyen her husband out of jail in New York. Sources allegedly say that

Larry Semenza picked up Cindy and drove our police car to new york to

get Alan out of jail when he was officer in charge or he was the Chief of

police at the time.  I wonder if Council knew about this or are they going to

say they didn't know about it where was the Mayor at the time this occurred

Did he use tax payers money for fuel in police car driving to New York.

Did he have permission to use borough police car at this time and who gave

him permission. You should ask your council this one.
