The Old Forge police chief Larry Semenza pleaded not guilty before Judge Michael Barrasse
this morning at 9:00am. His trial date is set for September 17th 2012. Also former fire fighter
Walter Chiavacci was also before Judge Barrasse to arrange a pre trial set date for September 17th
2012. It is our understanding that Walter is a key witness for the prosecution against Semenza.
They will both have their trials together before Judge Michael Barrasse in September of 2012.
